This shows an advantage of the EU version of things coming later, like the xbox360 elite you can take note of some of the issues and improve on, If indeed this review is accurate it can be very easy to fix the non wifi zone connection like we have discussed here on the other thread in general, simple 3g support for EU with whoever the service goes to (which tbh should be better then the American one if it goes to orange of vodaphone or 3g) and apple should oblige with the hardware changes if need be.

the no memory card slot is a non-issue.  Its got huge memory anyway.
But a sealed in battery?!?  wtf were apple thinking!  Its ok for an mp3 player or whatever, but not a phone.

Yeah I did not get, I think it is them just forgetting its got gigs and as if you will fill it up like on current phones ^^
As for battery why wouldnt it? they said about replacing with the ipod but only the ones that messed in the charging(tended to be first charge would screw you over for life with it if done incorrectly)I am over 2 years and mine is still solid and I am sure others here would say the same. May be an issue but give people 2 years to see and isnt that the life if not longer of what you have as a mobile anyway? I am sure they would actually last 4 in terms of battery and due to its higher cost.

I dont mean anything like that! Its just bad planning.  With all the features that phone has, start playing with it and its going to die in a matter of hours.  On a normal phone, you can get a second battery and swap it over if you need to.
