Post by: Privateer on September 04, 2006, 09:41:17 AM
On the Microphones I have, they are 6.5 mm mono, the adators I need come in two specs, stereo or Mono, if I got stereo ones would they work.

Some will work others wont. Usually they do but dont count on it.

Theres special Y adaptors for plugging two mono mikes in to get sterio out, TBH they are easy enough to make, all it needs is two in line 6.5mm sockets wired up to a single sterio plug. You can then use only one if you prefer.

they may be easy enough to make but at the cost of audio quality.

youll notice loads of noise on the line. you might as well buy one from maplins. they are guarenteed to have one.
