Quickly, just asking basically, is it better to buy a new LCD from dabs or ebuyer? I am buying my very first tft/lcd, and both sites have it, like a Ã,£1 between the two including delivery. But i have only ordered stuff from dabs before, but ebuyer looks kind of nice.
Im scared mainly cause of dead pixels. Do LCDs get dead pixels during rough transit or does something else cause it? I wont know what to do if it hads dead pixels, and being a monitor noob, i would have the foggiest tbh! :(
Dabs always packaged my parts very well, but i guess anything can go wrong.
Any ideas?

if you are worried then get a dead pixel check. Aria do them @ Ã,£15, and thats the main place i buy LCDs from these days.
Im with Beaker on this one tbh, Aria and novatech for TFTs. Novatech have an unofficial policy of replacing even if there is 1 dead pixel !
From experience I can tell you that eBuyers return procedure can be a massive pain in the harris !
Ive just bought my first tft, got it of dabs and got well shafted, the plastic screen cover had finger prints on it, they had checked it and it had a dead pixel but they still sent it to me as new. Ill never use dabs again, ebuyer have always been good for me.
But you pay your money you take your choice.
