but i have a website and e-mail accounts with ETGS, if i was to change hosting peeps, how do i go about it? can i just shift the whole shabang over in one go or what? or do i have to backup my site and manually reinstall it?

As far as Im aware you need to backup your site and transfer it. Its like moving house but in this case you have the same address, thats how I look at it.
