Know of any good programs for recovering/pulling data from an MS .bkf file?

We have a large backup to extract some specific data.

Any freebie programs or recommended paid programs worth using?

Cant you use the Windows Backup utility?

Or is the file damaged? If the latter I cant help, google probably knows the answer

It was damaged afaik, after 2 long days the company who were supposed to be doing it, finally figured out how to support their own installation.
