Doesnt look too bad.

But is it me or are the "modern" films of old stuff (Not necessarily remakes) sometime hit and miss?

I mean, Batman Begins - remade into darker, grittier film, it worked, as Batman to me was always dark etc anyway, IE, He was the Dark Knight.

But to me, Bond was always cheesey and it wasnt so much the action but the overall film. Turning the Bond films into an action extravaganzer with more grit just doesnt seem to work as well as in Batman? Itll probably still be one of the few films I watch at the cinema this year though...

To me Casino Royal was the next best reboot of a franchise next to Batman Begins; I think it was a cracking film and started to bring something that resembles an interesting Bond character back, rather than the quipping foppish secret agent with a suitcase of gadgets. With Casino Royale we saw some actual character development for a change, and if they continue down that road with future films its sure to be a winner.

Theres a lot of Jason Bourne in that trailer, or could it be License to Kill?

either way, looks promissing as a film. Will it be good James Bond? thats another question.

If I want character development Ill watch harry potter.

If I want action and gadgetry and fun off the cuff remarks and innuendos, Id watch bond.

For me Casino Royale was a bit of a let down, it got far "too up itself" to be a bond film. Hell the signature of every bond film is that he gets the girl and a fantastic car. Complete let down.

From the trailer of this one, I can only hope it doesnt go too far again and ruin the traditional bond experience. Call it Quantum of Solace but unless it has quips, innuendos, girls, gadgets and cars... its just not 007.

 :stupid:

The stupid ending was stupid especially, the only good thing about the last one was craig and he got irritating after 20mins.
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.
