Im hoping not, personally.
Id much prefer redrawn sprites. Akira Toriyama is involved with the art direction so if it is 3D Im hoping itll be cel shaded to some degree.
Excellent news on all fronts. I played the Snes version but I never was able to grasp it fully, Im hoping with the new art and the portability of the DS will give me a decent chance of getting hold of it.
