I've got several android TV boxes here that I'm setting up as media centres for friends and family.

I've spent a couple of hours tweaking my box and installing apps and setting up xbmc/kodi perfectly.

Is there anyway I can just down load the whole o/s from my box and upload it to the other boxes so I don't have to do the same thing over and over?

There should be a way of doing it for Kodi at least.
As Shadow builds do something similar (install the repo & install errr builds!)

As for the whole Android ROM, you could probably do a backup from the recovery option on rooted devices.
