There is a beta weekend for Age OF Conan where you get to try the game out
The beta event servers open at 1600 EST Friday the 18th of April and close at 1600 EST on Monday the 21st of April.
It is a stress test of the servers as well as a beta test
The game is SIX gigs
I would have liked to done this myself but I have a limited monthly bandwidth I have used up a lot already and my download speeds are yet to be fixed anyway
Anyone who is keen to have a go pm me and I will whack it in a random picker thing and pm the details to one of you
