Looking at developing some applications for my phone, but want to do it myself.

Any free resources anyone knows of to do this? Ive heard eVB, eC++ and whatnot, but they all seem to require Visual Studio 2005, and to use the mobile SDKs you have to have standard edition at a minimum, not express.

Any pointers?

Can you not get yourself a copy? Im using VS2005 to do some mobile stuff and Im finding it a good dev. environ. to work with.

I could "bag a copy" I guess, but erm... prefer to try and at least do it without scamming it from work, or illegally lol
