I was just looking through my spam box and saw I seem to have sent a spam email to myself! What do you think? Do I have a virus?

Sounds like a case of low alcohol blood levels to me...

Seems very unlikely to me. What seems more likely is that someone has spoofed your addy to send spam.

No, 99.9%+ someone is spoofing your email addy. I get these fairly regularly. Its quite common for them to send mail with the recievers email address spoofed as the sender as they seem to think this has a higher chance of getting through than a random one.

Is there a way for them to see what email addresses belong to a domain? Sometimes Ive found it quite odd when I get an email supposedly from one of the other accounts on the domain, given how new the email address is etc. I didnt know if it was down to luck or whether they can find out the half dozen email addresses etc...

Im not eventually sure what spoofing is  ... but phew.
