Anyone else think its cheeky having this flash up wanting to download Skype to your PC when you go into an auction?

Im using IE7 (no, I dont like Firefox) but am getting this thingy atop the window.

It is eBay, they offer it as a new feature if youre selling an item. The idea being that people can call you and ask questions.

Yes, its cheeky and bloody annoying. I wish there was a way to switch it off !
