I think theres only a few years age difference between them too, as opposed to if he was middle aged or in his late twenties. But yes, its still wrong. Youve not been shot down, wait for the repercussions as it spreads in the village etc. Thatll help make your point.

As far a I undertsand the law when some one has sex with some one aged 13 to 15 then its classed as "Sex with a minor" and not paedophilia, its still illegal but you can use the defence of you didnt know she was too young or she tricked you, unlike paedophilia, which is classed as an "absolute offence" which means you have NO defence.

no thats the argument anyone who has sex with under 16s goes on the same register, when Porchester rioted over it was where to put the convicted bastards, they said the riot was pointless because anyone over 16 can be on that list

Depends on the situation. afaik they will still go on the register, although if there are mitigating circumstances the sentence will be reduced.
