There's some really good looking films coming out this year, heck too many to pick out of that list really, probably wouldn't mind seeing most of them really but will definetly be going to see green hornet, transformers, green lantern and they're just for starters.

If i had to choose just one movie to watch this year it would have to be Paul, but i'm certain they will all be joining my collection at some point

Nice work Bacon.. Great list. I agree - Paul looks awesome. I'm also looking forward to Battle Los Angeles (I adore alien films almost as much as zombies).

Just watched the Paul trailer and it does look awesome, saying that most of the simon pegg/nick frost films are so it should be good!

It is good to see Simon Pegg take what a lot of people said about the last two movies. Hot Fuz Was mint but it was quite much of the same. Paul seems a great change of direction and looks really cool.

Battle: Los Angeles looks really interesting.
Just to know the people involved with the visuals for this movie had dealings with the script writers for Skyline and Sony is currently looking into wether to take legal action or not.
Skyline was a low budget quick fire movie (which was crap in my view) but had a lot of similar essence.
At the very least Sony will probably take action in regard to art and software/render assets being used in this movie. The ships for example and effects used in Skyline all are very similar.

I still stand that The Green Lantern visual effects in this day and age look pretty shoddy.

Saw the Battle: Los Angeles trailer at lunchtime, looks cool for a popcorn action film, after all its alien invasion what's not to like!
