Im admittedly a big fan, so biased, but Im quite thrilled at the new sprawling collection, and Im only halfway through. Its not cohesive like Nighthawks, Swordfishtrombones, or even Bone Machine--just press "shuffle" and go. Lots of fun to be had, even a junktastic cover of the classic "Sea of Love".

If youre not familiar with Waits, this actually is a decent introduction to his Derrida-like musical deconstruction. After listening, try "Franks Wild Years" or even "Small Change".

Spectacular.

Edit: The man covers "Heigh Ho" orginally by the Seven Dwarves! Brass Balls! :D
