Anyone got a "Push" Email enabled device, such as Smartphone, PPC or Blackberry?

Ive not tried this yet, but Ive installed it on my PC and im waiting for my Mini-s to come to try it fully.

Whats in it for them?  I really cant see the incentive for them to offer the service  :?
