Legal download TV Show and Movie?

I'm working on the large update for my media server guide and thought it would be good to use a legal tv show and movie for my examples as it would stop a lot of the moaning I get from questionable people...

Problem is I can't think of a TV show that's free and has all details on tvdb.org (download doesn't have to be available as I can fake filenames) and the same thing with a free download movie whose details are on imdb

Ideas?
