I thought it was great, best film Ive seen in a while. Its also been a while since Ive seen people queing around the block to get in the cinema, esspecially on a week night.

Sam

Is it a lame comedy or a serious sci fi ?

It has humour just like Ironman has, it is not a comedy and not really a sci fi either.
Watch the trailer then if it looks interesting to you go see it then you would know :)

Ill still see it though. Hopefully the DVD will have all the deleted scenes that the stupid execs ordered be cut out/re-shot.

that review is very over critical imo. you should also put a spoiler warning on it.

I was surprised how good this was too, but it only works so well because of Will Smith. Worth seeing. :w00t:  :w00t:  :w00t:

Is it pure comedy all the way through or do they try and make it serious? I like the idea of a purely comic film but if it takes itself seriously towards the end then Im not sure whether Ill bother.

Think Of the humour will smith adds to I Robot, it is more like that.

Will Smith is 90% of the humour in the film, it doesnt aim to be a comedy but there are good comedy moments as youd expect.

Sam

I didnt like the twist but it was ok.

Mark

I agree - it was OK - they could have done with lessening up on the trying to point out there is some sort of a twist coming up all through the film - the glances etc
