Hero is unable to save the memory waitress and the reason that is given is that he cant change the past. So how can he stop the man going nuclear and kill Sylar when hes seen both in the future? :/

Its a massive fault they dont seem to have thought out properly in an otherwise excellent series.

Yeah and the fact that they would be in his present and not his past if or when he did and can not change the past  - complicated but season 2 and as you carry on in season one it all comes together
