.. transfer itunes and library for my wife ipod from my old pc to my new laptop?  

Is there a straightforward way of doing this?  Its only a 4GB nano.

i just network copied the girlfriends library over, then re-added it.  Oh, I also ripped them to MP3 while i was at it so I could use them too.  I hate people using iTunes to rip their CDs to disk.

What folders do I need to copy over?  Is it just the folder called Itunes that is contained within My Music within her profile?  Do I then need to wipe the ipod and then transfer it all across? Or does copying the library over suffice? and the new machine just automatically syncs to the ipod using that library?
