how come they are doing an other hulk film when there was one done not so long ago?

would be fair enough if it was sequel but it looks like it has nothing to do with the other one.

The other one wasnt that great so someone else is having another stab at it it seems.

Because they knew the old one was utter cobblers and with so many relatively successful Marvel adaptations under their belt it was only right to do the Hulk properly this time. Plus they are setting themselves up for the Avengers movie.
