Im currently with a UK company for my web hosting needs. Spending about 40 quid a quarter.

I want to change this to another company. Preferably in the uk but speeds must be good. The other issues are

cost, not expensive please. this is only for 1 company.

Spam, the current issue (and rason for change) is that the provider seems to have got its self black listed by AOL and so can not send emails to some customers.

Any ideas folks?
