The core system is a bit pants - but the big packs are about Ã,£349 with 3 games, 2 controllers and media remote etc. - thats the comparison I was making with the expensive pack mentioned above.

I just wonder what the wii is meant to compete with, as its priced a little too close to the xbox for comfort? I thought it was meant to be like Ã,£120 or something

claims that he was the 21st person to pre-order on the 04/10/2006 at an oxford branch of game, now, I assume he is going off the order serial number which is 021.

Now this is the bit I dont get, mines 1014!? but I ordered on the 25/09/2006 in Nottingham!!? Does that mean 1013 people beat me to it, if so HOW???

EDIT- Actually after a google it turns out im FOURTEENTH, which isnt half bad to be fair, Nottingham has two GAMES in it, both of which are large, finges crossed

EDIT2-  Went into game nottingham, pretty much guaranteed one unless lightning hits the van or whatever, they will be ringing me this week to confirm what I want with it and bundle deals etc  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:        

Play.com are currently packing my Wii.  My Wii is going to wet itself if Play.com dont pack it properly.  Better be a splash proof container!

My Wii has been shipped from Game via Parcel Force. Hopefully I should have it tomorrow.
