Sod it.  Still getting issues... Windows unable to do quick formats or delete operations so I'm going in...

Would be a good time to abandon the horse-sh*t that is Vista.

Inevitable I guess.  Vista has been 100% flawless up until now (if this is an OS issue).  Four years up time is pretty outstanding, IMO.

Need to read the old hard drive (still 'kinda' works).  I know I can re-attach it via SATA but is there any electronic whizz-bang gadget thing I can use to plug it in on and adhoc basis?
