Same day as Keane, October 13.

Clock'd 0Ne

Every day I love them less and less.

Actually thats not true, but I hope its more a return to the quality of the first album, and not the second that was a bit run of the mill IMO.

Sam

Yes the 2nd was pretty much crap.

kranked

I just cant get into this new genre of music which they play. It the sort of music which, if you were to ask someone who goes clubbin regularly what "rock bands" they like, theyd almost certainly say Kaisers, Bloc party, the killers etc. It all sounds very samey and pop-rock like to me. Im not wanting to sound elitest here, but id rather not be associated with people who ride scooters and buy clubland cds.

I do however appreciate that these bands have some musical talent.

my two pence
*awaits flaming*.

Im 29 and dont even know what clubbing is. Yet I like this kind of music. Its like the UKs equivilent of good charlotte.

Its nothing like the emo-punk of Good Charlotte (their first album was alright, everything after that was the same old dross, no original songs or sounds).
