Looks good... although the price difference between the lower and higher model is massive.

Only difference seems to be a slightly faster chip and a 64Gb solid state drive... which gives you an idea of how far they still need to go before SSD becomes mainstream. The optional extra SSD drive on the cheaper one is an additional 639 option.

Ive been thinking about picking up a MacBook for personal use towards the end of the year when I go to New York. Will be difficult to decide between this and the expected quad core Macbook Pros.

The Air is on the US Store site for $1799, so quite a bit cheaper.
