MATX S775 Board recommendations

Sold my Zalman HTPC Case & transplanting to a Silverstone SG01 Evolution:

Intel 805D with Zalman CNPS8000 Ultra Quiet Low Profile CPU Cooler
2 x 1GB Corsair DDR2
ATI PCI Express GFX
SATA2 HDD
2 PCI Slots ( 1 for my blackgold DVB-T - the spare in case I dont like the onboard sound)

what do you think ?

Seems pretty good but if you are buying a new one make sure the mobo has four memory slots just in case you need to upgrade to 4GB
