I wouldnt touch it with two barge poles fastened at the centre with chinese bamboo and a big red boxing glove on the end.

What if its beta?

I love the new msn messenger

The new messenger is the first time Ive used a beta piece of MS software, a simple messenger cant go terribly wrong.

I dont trust a leaked media player to not screw up the MIME types, or corrupt codecs or any other number of things. Ive got a nice stable, virtually clean install at the minute.

After all, its not going to make my MP3s sound any better.

If it was a beta Id be a little more tempted. TBH though, Im more inclined recently to go and try out Foobar...

Installed it and I think theyve done some real good stuff!

One of the first things I noticed is it feels more responsive than 10 did with very large playlists. I had got used to a slight judder as I scrolled down long lists...but that seems to have gone :)

There no doubt about the fact it looks *much* better. Obviously thats always going to be subjective, but I really like it. If you liked the look of 10 then youll really like 11.
