Any good? Theyre the only guys with all the bits I need in stock but never used them. Prices look good. Any experiences?

Used em once becuase they were the only place that had the stuff I wanted.

Took em two weeks to deliver it, which in the mean time I got what I needed locally, tried to cancel it and they said it had been dispatched. Received the item a week later, I tried to return the item and they refused it, and then never answered any emails or phone calls.

Still, they had what I needed and it was relatively cheap.  :?

Sold it to a mate for a fiver more than I bought it for, so not too bad.

Hmmm not the best result then. Well its all in stock and Ive ordered next day delivery and it says it will ship today so if it doesnt then Ill be very pissed off. Like everything else though you lean my experience so if theyre crap theyll get no further business.

Yep, Ive had 0 problems with some places that others wouldnt consider buying from.

yeah totally - if you refused to buy from anywhere that had had a bad review from someone youd never buy anything!

Ive monitored the order all afternoon and its gone from picking to awaiting despatch and now to despatched so its looking good! Hopefully should arrive tommorrow (fingers crossed!)

Ive never had a problem personally with MD. Even ordering as late as 6pm & still had my bits by 10am the next day.

Use MD often as its only a short drive away. Have never had any problems with them. I use them and Scan for pretty much all my computer part orders.

yeah, used them a few times and never had a problem....

I guess going by what white giant says, theyre like most places... there fine as ong as nothing goes wrong, but there a laod of crap when it does

Woo parcel arrived this morning! Good service. Now just want to go home and get my new bits installed.

I havnt ordered much through microdirect, they have been ok when I do order though.  We have moved over to misco and dabs at work now so I dont use them anymore.
