Well, I presume its a cookie problem. Has anyone seen an issue with Firefox not saving login information properly in the past few days? I would normally assume its a problem localised to my system but Ive seen a few posts floating around on the web regarding this, all of which were posted in the last few days.

Losing saved stuff, or not saving new stuff?

Ive certainly not noticed a problem in terms of regular sites I use and cookies. Not used any new sites that would use them however.

I use lastpass.  Never have to worry about passwords or logging in.

I dont bother with passwords any more - face recognition and fingerprint scanner!

There is a load of options in Tools/Options/Privacy tab to clear the browsing history/cookies/cache when Firefox is closed. Also check you arent in permanent Private Browsing mode.

A few separate privacy programs can run in the background and also deletes these on shut down. No actual problems here.

I would check your not in private browsing mode as in the last few days there has been a Firefox update and chances are it might have reset your preferences.
