From the new movie, Not sure if it is genuine or not yet But if it is it looks to be a good decision. Taking the fact things are more modern and the fact that the original enterpise from the tv series was through the best they could do at the time with the fact if we ever got to that point we would do things a better and taking the tv serious Enterprise in mind this seems to be a good formulation of all those elements.

Looks good, they had to try and keep it the same but still look better than the Enterprise TV season from a couple years ago

Every time I look at it and think tbh I thik more and more how hard it is to make this movie, You got so many pitfalls and why it is labled to fail already because you got exisiting characters you got to have new actors act like, you got the old series, you got Enterprise, you got how things work in this day and age and you got the general success of star trek movies.

My hope is that they take a step forward from the Enterprise TV show insides and elements of the scheme of the old TV such as noises and so forth but they should do away with trying to replicate the inner layout and think more like the star trek movies.
People should be able to understand that where we are now and what it would be then and make sense as long as you, as I said have the sounds etc it will be better then looking to naff.

I was very down on this film until I saw the first shots of the Enterprise and then my opinion changed completely, and Im not quietly hopeful. At the end of the day the franchise needs a reboot as they did with Batman Begins, give us a more modern interpretation of the classic that honours the original without trying to remake it completely.

Thats not from the new movie, its a fan impression. Its been doing the rounds for a while on sites like Digg.

I still prefer the orgiginal then Rikers version from the end episode of Next Generation.
