anyone know a decent program I can use to manage facebook messages ?

I get 20+ messages a day to my work facebook page... most are from existing customers, 3 or 4 a day from new ones asking questions/ordering

it didn't used to be too bad... I'd get a message, reply to it/whatever, click to archive it, it would disappear and I'd move onto the next message

next time that person messaged me, the old messages would be right there above the new one... so I could just scroll up to see what they're talking about / our last conversation / their address for delivery etc..

but facebook has changed the system around... and now old messages arn't there.. so I have to go searching for them, every single time

it's a total cluster f$%k

I never liked the facebook messaging system much, it's way too slow... but at least it worked... now I'm spending literally 10min sorting one a single message

it's taking me 2 hours a day just to reply to facebook messages... can;t keep going like this... there must be a better system ?  some 3rd party app which will speed it all up ?  something ?  anything ?

I've been googleing for hours and can;t find anything...

anyone now anything ? or where I should look ?

just googled it, you used to be able to do that, but facebook disabled it now to force people onto there messenger app :-(

there's a GAZILLION programs/apps for businesses if I want to spam the sh*t out of my followers, or try to sell them crap they don't want, or if I want to pay facebook to "reach" followers or advertise... but nothing to help message them ?

there must be something right ?

facebook is only a small percentage of my customers, probably 1%.... but what about businesses which have a lot of facebook customers? there must be something to help them ?

Not sure if "facebook for business" gives you better management?

Serious

I use farcebook once a week, or less often. I'm continually confused over the format. It's much more difficult for me to use than a forum is.
