one of my favourite toys.  Loads of stuff on there thatll help you.  It was nice to actually find all that stuff together rather than have to search all over the place for it!

Thanks to you and this invaluable tool I have recovered all the data from my corrupt NTFS partition!

nice isnt it?  Ive used it for a while, its actually managed to help me recover info from RAID0 before now.

Not sure about the MAC stuff though, never had a problem with MACs because most folks i know go to someone else who specialised on Apple hardware and software years ago.  When i have Mac i tend to take it to him if i cant figure it out.  OS6-9 however are easily bootable from CD if you need to recover info.

Right now, Im looking for something that will allow me to backup my Windows installation seperate from other files, as my backup drive doesnt have enough space to store everything, so Im trying to make a more selective disk image backup. Is this possible?

Leon

I keep meaning to rebuild my machine and do a ghost but never actualy get round to it

Move al the non essential stuff to a new partition, then ghost the Windows partition?

Clock'd 0Ne

That would have been the logical approach, but the other drives I have are 80gb and 25gb respectively. The new drive I have is 250gb and now has all the data on.

Re-install windows on the 25G drive and ghost it to the 80GB drive :P

Clock'd 0Ne

Bah, Im not reinstalling for a third time. I reinstalled a second time because Windows originally made the 250gb boot drive as D:

At a stretch Ill possibly be able to ghost a backup of all the data to one drive, once Ive cleared out some junk.
