GPU oddness

Im overclocking my 7800gtx and in the nVidia panel it says 509/1249 (default is 430/1200) but in 3dmark06 it says 546/1252. Which one is most accurate? Im guessing the nvidia one is but wanna know for sure.
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.
