A box you can stream sh*t to from your main system, like a media centre but a crap one without a hdd/dvd etc, your better off buying an Atom/Ion PC like i said earlier for under £200 and using that in the lounge instead as a full on pc based pvr :P

Plus i wouldnt be surprised when the exchange rate is factored in if this costs just as much as a Atom/Ion PC, so you can figure out yourself which is better value for money :P

So its not a singularity, a point in the universe where the normal laws of space and time dont apply?

Prime example of bone idelness, lol.
Reading the link and the article would be a good idea. lol :P

It is a media centre running the very nice boxee Software but has a lot of cool features on both the hardware and software. Odd design for the case though, but then as mentioned boxee runs on just about anything so you can quite easily install it on your media system or build your own and use it.

I think Ill end up getting a half decent netbook and running boxee on that, any limitations would be made up for on the fact the netbook can be used for other things :D

Mind you thatll have to wait as Ive just gone and bought a microscope :(

It performs well on anything I seen so should do. It is all the compatibility and link up etc. Netflix for example will work on it and more.

And an Atom/Ion based system for around the same price (but including more hardware), will perform exactly the same (better), wont it?
