getting sick of orders/addresses etc.. at work not being written down correctly

I'm thinking I should just record all the calls.... I already have the CCTV pc running 24/7 and it has an dial-up modem in it anyway (to phone my mobile on motion detection etc..)

anyone done this before ?  and can recommend some decent software ?

I don't paying for it if it's decent and I have too.... just don't want to pay just try then out.... and it's a bit of a PITA setting things up on the cctv system !

some programs look to have really nice extras... like phone in and press XXXXX and you can listen to the calls / or get them over the web etc... (dsl connection on 24/7 too)

What are you actually planning on doing, if you are just recording calls I'm not sure you can't do it via the standard modem (I could be wrong), but you can get an inexpensive adapter that plugs in to your sound card, then setup some software to auto record at a certain volume.

However you must also legally state to all parties on the call that the call may be being recorded..
