Yesterday, although ive had my router years, I decided to change the name and password to log in to it......as every router ive seen has the same one, so thought Id make it more secure.........

So, I went in to the router change from admin to a new name....and also changed the password. Pressed save changes, then the router normally reboots itself.

After it had done that, everything worked like normal. Except when I now go to look in the router settings with 192.168.1.1 a box use to pop up asking for the username and password, then you could get in. But now no box pops up, and after a while I just get The page cannot be displayed......So, what have I done wrong?  :whoops:

Its a Linksys WAG54G router.

Yeah, think Ill have to. Didnt know if there was any other way round it.
