I have only recently learnt how to make good looking gifs. I have made a few but need help reducing the file sizes

As an example could somone turn this image into a file size that will work for this forum please and try and keep as much of the quality as possible at all, and then give me some info of what you have done?

Rmove some of the colours
Resize to forums rules
take out some of the frames

not actually in that order if you like

Its going to be impossible to get it in under 50K and have it look good, theres too much detail. Even if you bop it down to 24 color, itll not be small enough.

You can try removing 2/3 of the frames and bumping the remainder up to 150ms, resizing, and optimizing.
