I think its the capacitors, I cant sleep thinking about what it can be.

Novatech fitted a new Mobo that fixed it.

Good that they managed to fix it quick. Capacitors are the first thing to check if you get a smell.

they were quick, considering they sent a engineer here, he was good as well.

At least you got it working ... you should still check for cheese sandwiches in your cd-rom drive.

I had no faith in Novatech, my previous experiences killed that, its all restored now, they do a live chat now as-well.
