First WM device Ive ever used.

How do I go about customising the landing screen to show the information I want it to show?

Also, can I sync it with two different Outlook calendars and mailboxes? One being my home POP3 email account + personal calendar, the other being my work exchange based mail/calendar?

Personal Calendars doubtful... as I believe only one calendar can sync via activesync at a time.

Email accounts no issue, its piss. just create a new email account for your pop3.

As for the landing screen, its called the "today" screen and its settable in "settings" if something has a today widget thing it will be listed in the today settings.
