Some guys in the EU cant view my sites from the host, some others from the same host work but not this.

One friend of mine has an ip - http://tdc.com/

they get "page cannot be found"

What could it be?

It might be blocked from their country or provider, I have no problem with it.

TBH foreign IPs might be blocked at the server too, loads of possibles.

It all works stateside

Have you tried giving them an IP to use in case DNS resolution is the problem?

I think its the server for that, has been for a while, they are looking into it.
Its the first time you go, you get a long pause, then its fine there after, a bit odd,, not my code etc, checked all that.

I know the server host IP is http://194.187.248.10/ but how do you get to your folder?

both work fine here.  Try asking them to restart their routers - youd be amazed how many of the vengeance / warrior kittens people were unable to see things like dkp sites and couldnt work out why but the problems went away when they eventually tried restarting their routers...
