If you read this article you first have the news that PS3s were overheating at a recent event and they put it down to hot rooms, enclosures etc.
Own goal number one - They have heat issues, fair enough the conditions could be the case but wiis and 360s were fine and other consoles before never seem to have that amount of problems....

No final production machine then like you said at the start of the even Sony, tut tut, Gamespot not actually noticed that but another website allready has... So you got some form of hardware in "A" case that looks like the ps3 - Most likley as people have said the hardware will be downgraded on release and Sony are STILL holding off on final final detailed spec of the production hardware


Reading on they say how this is not an actual acurate stament and there does not seem a large problem.

As Gamespot put it with their example, Sony did not out right deny it, very warm conditions but if they are going to question something, and say its not true dont you think you would say so?  
And again, other machines there did not have any issues and with Xbox360 there I would have thought if any they would have.


Console may or may not be good, games I know there will be some dam nice ones, but with even the Japan game prices now set in stone and quite high even for Japan, all the other issues, these, Stock of Sony going down 2.75% Sony are just macking the biggest balls up all the time, every issue every bad comment is all their own doing.

If The ps3 does not do as well as they say it will and Blue ray flops for something else Sony wont die but its going to hit them very hard, their "ipod beater" as they put it has more or less floped as well.
A reshuffle is bound to happern if these dont go well.

What on earth are Sony doing, good company but my god they are just making a mess of themselfs at the moment.

They are way off the ball but in fairness to them and their hardware issues - Microsoft just bundled a PC and nintendo used a low performance system.  Sonys issues were bound to be higher than two companies who took existing systems and just put them in a box.

They have totally screwed up this generation of consoles and no doubt will take a big hit in gaming circles and have to work hard on the PS4 but as a company as a whole theyll just take the cell processor and put it in set top boxes, phones and camcorders and make a fortune.
