port syndicate wars to run under win7 !

couple of meg download, run it with the syndicate wars CD in your drive (or an iso in a virtual drive) and it installs it for you

done a bunch of levels and it works 100%

brings back some good memories... last time I played it my P133 was new..... but I can still remember all the levels so far !
