I need to put together a monitoring system for the office. Weve got some screens and a device to put all the displays onto them but I need to spec up some small/low heat PCs with S-video out to drive the screens.

They need to be small and low heat because Im going to need 16 of them in a rack.

Any ideas guys? Ive looked through our usual desktop suppliers kit to see whats available but nothing seems to meet the mark.

Surely an IP camera setup with a dedicated server would be a more efficient setup?  You could then have four LCDs (each showing four cameras).  I set this up for a media company I worked for previously and I was surprised at how cheap it was to setup myself compared to paying for a company to come in to do this.  

Worth a look perhaps?
