I got a document where Ive colour-coded sections of text according to set catergories, now I wanna create 5 new documents (one for each colour) and paste in the relevant text. Is there an easy way of doing this?

I tried select text with similar formatting but it doesnt work - I think cos Ive got a mix of font sizes and italics thrown in.
