I think its time I moved web hosting provider.  The company Im with Ive been with for about 7 years with 3 days downtime in the entire time, however I think its time to move as the PhP security settings keep banning me and other people.  Ive reached the end of my stretch, and today I cant get to any website on the server using my home connection.  A load of other people are also suffering the same problems.

Who would people recommend that wont mind a 600Mb of MySQL databases, ~60Gb per month traffic, but only needing ~5Gb of webspace.  The stickers are the the MySQL and the bandwidth allowances.  Those are pretty standard.

i use net-hosted for my traditional sites. cant fault them, apart from they wont let me run django sites.
they have an unbelievable response time for tickets cos they are small. everyone ive ever submitted has been sub 10 minute response.
and very infrequent downtime. use standard whm and cpanel stuff.
