Is there a site where I can find out whats on every UK channel at 1pm on a Monday? Any old Monday would do. Im after like a well-known regular show like Neighbours (is that still on in the day?) or that Diagnosis Murder thing.

Get the free version of digiguide (http://www.digiguide.com/) called Digiguide Lite. Standalon app. The full version is worth the money in my opinion due to the extra features which you just cant get with a web based one, and it will run alot faster than a web based tv guide.
