all of a sudden adobe photoshop has stopped working, im getting this error message

need this fixing asap as my dad uses photoshop all the time for work

God knows why it is trying to run in 16 bit mode tho.  Dont suppose youve been right clicking the application and telling it to run in compatability mode or something?

Windows now and again does like to change its settings for no reason to be fair.
