Whats the going rate for a premium 360 with all the bits it came with and some warrenty?

Just i want HDMI so want an elite but dont want to loose too much cash doing it.

memory card? take the actual hard disk out and plop it in a PC? possibly network (but not sure about that).

I though the 360 had a built in data transfer function direct between 360s?  At the very least they can backup on removable storage.

You can get a free transfer kit that takes weeks to come.  Or you can ask someone to send you their used one...
