To take a DVD of movies and edit them...

Each movie is a different chapter on the DVD.

What would you guys suggest? Ive googled a bit and searched here but cant really find anything.

iMovie/iDVD is easy as hell if you have access to it but its on the MAC.  Not tried in on a PC in a long time unfortunately so couldnt recommend a simple to use one.

Does windows not come with some basic software?  What sort of stuff are you looking to do?
